Cheesy, but had to.

The other day Kate was playing with Sophie and she started to leave the room and I asked her if she would stay. Kate turned around and said "Mom I have to go and marry my prince." So Kate comes back about 5 minutes later and I asked " Where did you get married at?" she quickly responded " the temple." Oh, cheesy but cute. So here are some photos of Kate after our conversation.

PS. I had to call her Cinderella and I was Belle. This happens quite a bit around the Holland home.

Please forgive because I was........

staying up at Zermatt in Midway with these goobers.
Grandpa Holland, Dave , and Kate taking a little swim. Thanks to Grandpa Holland who took us on this little weekend trip.
You better believe I bought this hat. Get ready for the 4th, because I am and I will be doing it in style. (don't ask about me holding the dress. I was getting a little too excited)
Cute Aunt Stacey and Katers on the carousel.
The Holland Family. yep we are dorks.
Sophie was mad that we had to get off the carousel.
Kate was too.
Dave forgot his swim suit, so Chris was kind to let him wear his. Dave doing his awkward pose because he is not used to showing off this much leg.

Aunt Stacey and Kater Tater Tot. It was Stacey's Birthday too. Happy Birthday Stacey!
The entire clan, plus Steve's stalker in the background.
Dave with his eyes open. It is a first so I decided to post it.
Last but not least Dave showing off his sick tennis skills.

Dave waiting to play a little game we call tennis.
Sophie and baby Jack. This is the best picture I got because someone is following in her daddy's footsteps.
Kate and Sophie enjoying being out with the Holland family.
Jeff riding the Birthday Saddle. Giddy up Cowboy.
Mike, Steph, and baby Jack.
Sophie going in for a kiss. I will be keeping my eyes on this one.

Who couldn't resist this little munchkin. I certainly can't.
Baby Sam, or what the Droubays like to call him Charlie Brown.
Some kind of action shot of Jeff and Mike playing tennis. I apologize for the bad photography. Not one of my talents.

Seven Day's of Posting

Kate after her first performance and she is looking a little dazed and confused. Maybe a little sick too.
Looking a little more relaxed, this is one of her many poses.
Looking a little scared. I don't think she really was into all of this performing stuff. I am right there with her.
Lucy and Kate feeling very happy that they are all done. They both did a great job.
This picture says it all. Kate was nervous and not to excited about her dance recital. This was taken before she had to go on stage. Bless her little heart.
Yes, I believe that a tear was about to fall, but the show must and will go on.
There were no smiles before she had to go on stage.
Dave, Mimi, Sophie, and cousin Eden all cheering Kate on.
Kate is in the front row at the end. I am proud of her because I didn't think she was going to make it on the stage but she did thanks to her Aunt Amy.

I have decided after all the comments I get about not updating my blog that I am going to do a new post for seven days straight. So for all of those who have been giving me crap, well eat your hearts out! (you know who you are)
