We got tired of letting out dogs in and out, so we built a dog run that goes up and outside from the basement. There was already a existing vent for the furnace, so we turned it into a doggie door. People discouraged me and said it wouldn't work and couldn't be done, but I followed the dream in my heart, and now no more sweeping up dog mess in the basement.

What creativity! I think it's great!
You really are a master craftsman. I showed our dog what you did and he pooped on the floor in protest cuz he doesnt have one. Will the keeping up with the Hollands never end?
